The Kent Group Annual General Meeting (AGM) takes place on the second Thursday of October each year.
The aim of the AGM is to:
1. Receive and adopt the Financial Accounts of the Group for the previous 12 months together with the Reports of the Group Treasurer and account examiners.
2. Receive and adopt the reports of the Group officers.
3. Re-elect the Group officers who are willing to stand another term of office and elect group officers from members who are willing to stand for election.
